Administration Support

ITISC provides administration support to the University in terms of purchasing of IT equipment and services etc. As the purchasing of staff and office IT equipment and services is centralized at ITISC, the administration function involves sourcing for quotation and compiling requests from various department/faculty for purchasing.

Other ITISC administration functions include inventory management and write off processing. The Inventory System helps to identify and keep track of IT assets located in the University. The write off processing handle the procedure of disposing of old, faulty or obsolete IT equipment.
